Hello, I have offered to take over the organization of the Women's Over 45 Group! I imagine most of us are going through big transitions in our lives. We can learn from each other, find support and just have fun. After a lifetime of taking care of everything and everyone, it is time for us to take care of ourselves , connect with others on the same path, and schedule some time to just enjoy life.

Come join a group of people who are interested in health and wellness. Monthly workshops are lead by experts in the field of health and wellness and include topics such as weight loss, digestive wellness, prevention and treatment of adrenal fatigue, menopause, boosting fertility and much more.

We are a bunch of cool 40, 50, & 60 year olds that are going through our changes in life. This groups goal is to laugh about ourselves and to have fun talking about all of quirks of overcoming our menopause issues. This is group of woman that enjoy laughing while we have hot flashes together and turn down the heat! We can connect as we face the changes of life as a supportive caring group.
